Rules

Unfortunately like any place we have to have a few rules. We hope setting these guidelines will help you feel more comfortable knowing what we expect  as well.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m.

Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

No pets

Pool hours:

Pool access: Pass required.

No smoking: This is a smoke free condo! Limit smoking to the back patio.

Alcohol: Please drink responsibly. Be respectful of others in the complex.

Parking: There is no assigned parking and a pass is required.  

Trash Service: Trash receptacles are located on the far end of building. 

Wifi: yes, instructions are located under the cable box.

Passes: Required when using the parking, amenities. i.e. pool and hot tub (PASSES MUST BE RETURNEDTO AVOID PAYING A $50.00 REPLACEMENT FEE!)

Breakage: Oooooppppsss accidents do happen! We understand, please be careful when picking up broken glass.
